A: Yes we do, please request these from your account manager when required
Q: Can we obtain a cleaning certificate once the service is completed?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof of cleaning certificate upon completion.
Q: Is the disinfection cleaning procedure effective against COVID-19?
A: We use disinfectants that meet BS EN 14476 standards, which results in our products and process proving effective against coronaviruses
Q: Does virucide fogging cause damage to electronics?
A: As the mist that is dispersed is very fine, this does not damage electronics. Our team will manually clean things like computers, laptops, keyboards etc, leaving the fog to be gently sprayed afterwards
Q: How long will it be before we can access the building or vehicle again after the disinfection service?
A: You may re-enter after 1 hour has passed, and then we would recommend ventilating the space when possible
Q: Are there any controls or testing in place?
A: On request, we can provide testing with the use of QAC/QAT test strips to ensure that the appropriate solution has been utilised during fogging.
Q: Is virucide harmful to surfaces?
A: No, virucide does not deteriorate common surfaces, however our team may identify delicate materials or items, and may choose to disinfect these via a different method if necessary.
